Whitchurch Alport FC continue improvements at Yockings Park with a new LED Scoreboard

Whitchurch Alport have become the only club with their own ground at step 5 with their very own LED Scoreboard. Equipped with club branding, the Scoreboard has been received well both on social media and by spectators at Yockings Park.

Club Chairman Ryan Jardine had this to say about the clubs’ investment.

“We are delighted with our newly installed electronic scoreboard from FSL Scoreboards at Whitchurch Alport FC.

Each year we look to add something as part of our schedule of improvements that gives us something unique, last year it was a children’s play area and this year it has been the scoreboard.  As far as we are aware we are the only club at step 5 with our own ground to have one and its certainly been well received both on social media and by visitors.

Whether its us scoring or conceding you can be sure someone within the ground is taking a photo of the scoreboard and posting it on social media!

We managed to get the board sponsored very quickly and so we are hopeful that the board will return our financial investment within three years which will make a very worthwhile project.

From the advice received over the phone when enquiring to the speed of delivery we couldn’t recommend FSL Scoreboards enough to any sports club thinking of adding a scoreboard to their ground.”
